The website was easy enough to use, honestly. I found the parts I was looking for without too much messing around, and the pages loaded quickly, which always helps. The filters were useful too, kind of narrowed things down so I wasn’t just scrolling forever. The only thing is… some of the product details could be a bit clearer. I had to click around a little and double-check the fitment just to be sure. But overall, yeah, good experience. Checkout was simple and I got through it without any hassle.

I don’t have a lot of patience for tech issues, so I was already annoyed when I contacted support. To their credit, they were helpful and got it sorted quickly without making me jump through a million hoops.

Umm, I ordered a few parts from gktech.com and everything showed up on time, maybe even a day earlier than I was expecting. The tracking worked fine the whole way too. The box had a small dent in it, but the parts inside were totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with the order.

I had to send back a part I ordered by mistake. GKTech got back to me quick and told me what to do, and once they got it back the refund came through. Wasn’t really any drama.

The build quality feels really proper. I was expecting it to be just okay, but it’s probably 2 or 3 times better than I thought it would be.
